Burial Vaults
At Pineview Memory Gardens, we require a burial vault or outer burial container for every interment, whether it involves a casket or an urn. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the cemetery grounds and to ensure the lasting preservation of each burial site. Our team is available to assist in selecting a container that meets your needs and preferences, helping to provide a secure and dignified resting place for your loved one.
Outer Burial Container Requirements at Pineview Memory Gardens
At Pineview Memory Gardens, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of protection for all interments. To meet these standards, we require that all outer burial containers adhere to the following specifications:
• Material Requirements: Only burial vaults constructed of steel, concrete, or manufactured poly (polypropylene or polyethylene) are permitted. Please note that wooden burial boxes and containers made from other materials are not accepted.
• Concrete Vault Specifications: All concrete burial vaults must be reinforced with wire mesh or rebar. This reinforcement is required to provide additional structural strength and durability.
• Poly Vault Specifications: Poly burial vaults must have a minimum thickness of 500 mil (0.5 inches) to ensure sufficient protection.
These requirements help maintain the integrity of each burial site and contribute to the long-term preservation of Pineview Memory Gardens. Only containers that meet these standards will be approved for use within our grounds.
